We are now spending almost half our waking hours on digital devices. This can lead to excessive strain on the eyes causing symptoms such as dryness, headaches, neck aches, sore eyes and blurry vision. Positioning the devices correctly, having regular breaks and good posture can help alleviate these symptoms. In some cases, glasses specifically designed to relax your eyes when using digital devices are required. Remember the 20/20 rule. Every 20 minutes, take a break for 20 seconds and look into the distance to relax your eyes
